Job Title: Building Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Building Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, requesting materials, and monitoring Quality Management System (SGQ) activities across departments.

Responsibilities:
• Request materials for project activities and record these requests in the budget system;
• Periodically monitor the SGQ activities across departments;
• Calculate quantities for project contracts and material requisitions;
• Collect proposals and documentation for third-party contracts;
• Prepare service hiring requests and request budget adjustments if necessary;
• Analyze financial reports from the technical department and assist in validation with engineering;
• Ensure proper cost allocation of all project resource movements;
• Monitor the financial results of services and track task quantities in the ERP system;
• Review condominium accounts and compare with project costs for the period;
• Guide assistants, interns, and apprentices on proper document control and training management;
• Prepare reports for condominium owners and present to engineering;
Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Completed technical degree in Building Construction;
• Intermediate Excel proficiency;
• Intermediate PowerPoint proficiency;
• Intermediate AutoCAD and basic MS Project skills;
• Knowledge of PowerBI and Project Management;
• Knowledge of Quality Management;
• Knowledge of Budgeting, Planning, and Control;
• Experience with concreting is a plus.Benefits:
