KPI Management and Operations Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a KPI Management and Operations Expert. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality results within set deadlines and maintain excellent SLA accuracy and quality standards.
  • Manage workload volumes and delivery expectations in accordance with business requirements.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of business processes and procedures.
  • Update work trackers and time tracking tools accurately and in real-time.
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by line managers.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
  • Protect clients, colleagues, and the business interests of the company by following statutory and company procedures.
Operations Management/Operational Effectiveness:
  • Participate actively in team huddles and contribute to the implementation of key initiatives.
  • Support operational changes proactively and ensure timely feedback to team managers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Share timely updates and provide training on system changes.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of insurance industry principles and accounting practices.
  • Attention to detail to identify process gaps and suggest solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to analyze and suggest solutions to improve metrics and client service.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Latest performance rating: 2 or 3 or above.
  • Not on written warning for behavior or performance within the last 12 months.
  • Minimum tenure of 6 months in the current role and 24 months in the current business unit.
