Key Responsibilities:- Monitor shopper performance and identify areas for improvement to optimize productivity and adherence to service level agreements.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of shopper performance and operational data to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement coverage strategies that increase shopper availability.
- Develop and propose process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Proven experience in field operations, workforce management, or fulfillment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is highly valued.
- Ability to influence operational outcomes through effective communication and problem-solving.
