Job Summary

The Director of Operational Excellence plays a pivotal role in advancing People Operations & Insights strategy. This senior-level position is responsible for leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, drive innovation, and improve user experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program & Portfolio Leadership: Lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives. Build and manage integrated project plans, ensuring alignment with the broader organizational roadmap and business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with key internal stakeholders to coordinate efforts, manage dependencies, and resolve roadblocks across workstreams.
  • Governance & Reporting: Establish and maintain reporting mechanisms to communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and steering committees.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within operational processes. Leverage data and insights to streamline workflows and enhance processes.
  • Tool & Business Case Development: Define requirements, evaluate solutions, and create robust business cases that articulate trade-offs, risks, costs, and resource implications to support investment and prioritization decisions.
Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of experience in project or program management, with a strong focus on operational excellence or enterprise change management.
  • Deep understanding of organizational functions, including operational partners, centers of excellence, and operational technology.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects using both SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate across all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities; able to synthesize complex data to drive decisions and actions.

  • Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings.
