Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Operational Excellence Specialist. You will play a vital part in helping our clients achieve operational excellence by identifying areas of improvement, developing and implementing strategies, and providing coaching and training to teams.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in operations management, engineering, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their operational challenges and develop tailored solutions to address them. You will also contribute to the development of new business opportunities and help shape our firm's thought leadership in operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct operational assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives
  • Provide coaching and training to client teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing industries
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
