You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency
- Managing teams to achieve operational excellence through automation and process standardization
- Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team performance
- Driving operational innovation through data-driven decision making and process redesign
- Mentoring and coaching operational managers to enhance their leadership skills
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 7 years of experience leading operations in a tech-enabled services or SaaS environment
- A proven track record of scaling operations while improving unit economics and customer satisfaction
- Experience managing fulfillment and customer-facing service teams, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
- Deep knowledge of service metrics, including cost per order, time-to-fulfillment, CSAT, and churn
- The ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights to drive business decisions
