We are seeking a skilled Operational Risk and Control Specialist to join our team. This role will support the Brazil Markets Operations area, focusing on risk assessment, process enhancement, and internal control activities.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies for mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements that improve operational efficiency and reduce risk.
- Analyze existing processes and policies to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for change.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, business administration, or risk management.
- Proven experience in operational risk management, control activities, and process enhancement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present complex information to stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel expertise, including pivot tables and formulas.
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks and control standards.
- Portuguese and English language proficiency.
