Operational Risk Control Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Operational Risk Control Specialist to support our Markets Operations area.

  • To provide assurance that controls are operating effectively, and identify potential risks through analytical assessments.
  • To design and implement processes to eliminate or mitigate risks, and oversee the implementation of solutions and action plans.
  • To evaluate existing processes, policies, and procedures to identify weaknesses and present recommendations for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in control or auditing roles, with a strong working knowledge of markets products and financial services industry. They should also possess advanced Excel expertise, including pivot tables and formulas.

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly and concisely. Self-motivation and attention to detail are essential qualities for this role.

Key Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in control or auditing roles.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of markets products and financial services industry.
  • Advanced Excel expertise.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
