Job Overview
This role plays a key part in ensuring the control and risk management processes are effectively implemented and maintained within the organization. As an Operational Risk Control Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could impact the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all activities within the department comply with relevant rules, regulations, and policies.
- Act as the focal point for Citi policies, including LGPD (Brazilian Law), Data Management, and Manager Control Assessment.
- Identify and resolve problems, using independence of thought but referring complex issues to manager and/or experts when necessary.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-3 years of experience in internal controls and compliance-related activities.
- Knowledge of products and services associated with TTS Client Operations routines (such as Cash and Trade) is a plus.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective communication and analytical skills.
Education
A Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience is required.
