Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Risk Management Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining our operational risk capital and stress testing framework.

The successful candidate will drive business initiatives with a focus on CORE risk and control management, technology budgeting, staffing control, resiliency plans, and strategic innovation.

  • Promote governance aspects of FORCAST, including management of procedures, process maps, CORE risks, and controls
  • Partner with team members to drive automation initiatives
  • Develop sophisticated presentations for senior managers, incorporating data analytics
  • Support budget and staffing management
  • Elaborate Resiliency Plans
  • Evaluate adherence to Data Retention Policy
  • Manage Intelligent Solutions, User Tools, and data retention certification
  • Participate in working group meetings to discuss automation and innovation initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Risk, Compliance, Audit, or Controls
  • Strong data analytical capacity with attention to detail and quality assurance
  • Able to build relationships with individuals at all levels, including senior management
  • Effective communication skills and ability to present ideas verbally and through presentations
  • A strategic and independent thinker who can question the status quo
  • A commitment to deliver under tight deadlines
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, graphs, and formulas
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills to generate graphical presentations
  • Advanced Visio skills to create processes workflows
