Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Global Operational Supplier Enablement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and well-orchestrated supplier management process.

  • Execute the end-to-end third-party risk management process for selected suppliers.
  • Monitor upcoming renewals and proactively involve stakeholders.
  • Work as the single point of contact for internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Track the status of risk assessments and communicate delays.
  • Prepare decision documents to support business decisions.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be responsible for steering supplier performance reviews and contributing to active knowledge exchange within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
  • Extensive experience in supplier management, risk management, procurement, service operations, or project management.
  • Advanced English language skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience with SAP Fieldglass and ERP systems is a plus.
