As a Booking Desk Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by analyzing and processing booking requests. Your role will involve reviewing all documentation related to dangerous goods (DG) cargo and ensuring that the cargo is ready for shipment. This includes checking for missing information and following up on invoices to avoid delays.
You will also be responsible for sending invoices to clients as soon as the vessel sails. To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Requirements- Excellency in Customer Service
- Upper Intermediate English Level
- Intermediate level in Word and Excel
- University degree
