Job Title: Payroll Analyst Jr

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Analyst Jr to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing complex payroll activities, including supporting admission processes, termination, vacation transfers and contractual changes; assisting in meeting the employees of contracting customers; knowledge of various calculations such as termination, vacation, pension, etc.; performing releases information on payroll; conducting approvals of severance processes, making scheduling, preparation of documentation, notice to off employee, answering questions and preposition in order to comply with legislation and required deadlines; performing survey of overtime, meals and issuing of badges; developing maps of daily monitoring services; performing reception services and shipping documents to internal and external customers; raising all customer's point of markings; and developing reports and forms required by clients in the system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Higher Studying or Full of Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Human Resources or related areas
  • Minimum experience in the area: two years
  • Specific knowledge: Office package, communication, knowledge Personnel Department routines of Labor Legislation notions
  • Skills: Interpersonal relationships, flexibility, proactivity, responsiveness, commitment, coping with pressure
