We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can bring a fresh perspective to our team. As a Junior Executive Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with consultants and internal departments at all levels of the organization.
The role involves managing complex meeting scheduling across multiple time zones, producing well-organized deliverables and adopting current tools and operational models. You will also work collaboratively with other Assistants and Team Leaders to ensure backup coverage.
Key responsibilities:
- Organize complex meetings scheduling across multiple time zones
- Produce well-organized, accurate and on time deliverables
- Adept use of current tools and operational model and leverage new tech/solutions
- Work with peer assistants in a collaborative team environment
- Maintain strong verbal and written communications and confidentiality of highly sensitive information
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Corporate and/or professional services experience
- Solid knowledge of Windows and Microsoft applications
- Excellent organization capabilities
- High attention to details and accuracy
