We are seeking a data-driven professional to shape and lead the execution of our ESG data strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with subject matter experts to understand their data needs, identify opportunities for process improvements, and drive design and implementation of data solutions with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and reliability;
  • Develop comprehensive short-, medium-, and long-term ESG data roadmaps that are aligned with our sustainability strategies;
  • Manage ESG data projects, driving stakeholder alignment, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully;
  • Establish robust data governance practices, including the development of data catalogues, establishment of data lineage, integration of data management tools, and monitoring data quality and resolving issues to uphold data accuracy;
  • Design and build dashboards and analytics tools that meet evolving business needs;
  • Foster a data-driven culture by promoting self-service ESG data capabilities, equipping business users with confidence and tools to access, explore, and use ESG data for analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Economics, or related fields;
  • 8+ years of experience in Sustainability Data Management or similar roles;
  • Strong analytical skills, identifying key themes, trends, and root causes;
  • Proven experience working across cross-functional teams;
  • Ability to influence diverse stakeholders, build relationships, and work collaboratively at all levels of the organization;
  • Growth & Digital Mindset and the ability to identify strategic opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness;
  • High standards of integrity, accountability, and sound judgement in all decisions.
