Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and purpose-driven ESG Data Manager to shape and lead the execution of our ESG data strategy.

This role involves close collaboration with digital teams, third-party providers, and key functions to enable the delivery of ESG solutions that are efficient, reliable, insightful, and integrated into business processes.

  • Lead ESG Data Solutions: Partner with ESG subject matter experts to understand their data needs, identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements, and partner with the digital team to drive design and implementation of data solutions with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and reliability;
  • Create ESG Roadmaps: Work hand-in-hand with our digital team to develop comprehensive short-, medium-, and long-term ESG data roadmaps that are aligned with our overarching sustainability and ESG reporting strategies;
  • Manage ESG Projects: Manage ESG data and analytics projects, driving strong stakeholder alignment, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully, on time and within budget;
  • Establish ESG Governance: Lead the establishment of robust data governance practices, including the development of data catalogues, establishment of data lineage, integration of data management tools, and monitoring data quality and resolving issues to uphold data accuracy and completeness;
  • Drive ESG Insights: Lead the design and build of dashboards and forward-looking analytics tools that meet the evolving needs of business and reporting requirements;
  • Foster Data Culture: Foster a data-driven culture by promoting self-service ESG data capabilities, equipping business users with the confidence and tools to independently access, explore, and use ESG data for their own analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Data analysis and management skills;
  • Strong problem-solving and project management abilities;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Experience working with ESG data and analytics;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data management tools and software.
