ESG Data Manager

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic ESG Data Manager to shape and lead the execution of our ESG data strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with ESG subject matter experts to understand their data needs and identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements.
  • Develop comprehensive short-, medium- and long-term ESG data roadmaps aligned with our overarching sustainability strategies.
  • Manage ESG data projects, driving stakeholder alignment and ensuring successful delivery on time.
  • Establish robust data governance practices, including data catalogues and data lineage.
  • Lead the design and build of dashboards and analytics tools that meet evolving business requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in sustainability or related fields.
  • 8+ years of experience in sustainability data management.
  • Passion for data, analytics and dashboards.
  • Understanding of enterprise data systems, databases and reporting tools.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge of key ESG frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
