We are seeking a skilled technical support specialist to join our team.
- Provide expert assistance on supported products via phone, email, and web portal.
- Resolve user issues by isolating and resolving the problem or escalating it to the appropriate teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide users with accurate information about product usage and troubleshooting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Reviewing individual support case backlogs and prioritizing requests based on age and priority.
- Reproducing issues in-house on test systems to isolate the cause of the problem.
- Monitoring the team's support cases queue and picking issues based on priority, impact, and age of the service request.
- Updating and following up with users over the phone/email on existing requests.
The ideal candidate should have:
- 2+ years of experience in technical support and exposure to global user interaction.
- A Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience or knowledge with document management systems.
