We are seeking an experienced Bluebeam product support specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have a strong background in ITIL processes, with experience in incident management, change management, and problem management. They should also have hands-on experience with the installation and upgrading of Bluebeam products, as well as knowledge of license administration and product assignments.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Technical Skill Set: The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of ITIL processes, including incident management, change management, and problem management. They should also have hands-on experience with the installation and upgrading of Bluebeam products, such as Revu Standard, Revu CAD, and Revu Extreme.
- Licence Administration: The candidate should have good knowledge of licence administration and product assignments, including installation, bug fixes, and licence usage & denial reports.
- Civil CAD Tools: The candidate should have hands-on experience in licence administration of various COTS applications from other vendors, including supported add-in, plug-ins, and various Civil CAD tools.
As a Bluebeam product support specialist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers, understand their requirements and issues, and provide them with timely and effective support.
OthersThe role requires strong leadership and mentoring capacities, good organisational, written, and oral communication skills, and ability to work with different stakeholders to resolve application installation, deployment, and licence issues.
