As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and compliant payrolls for a range of global clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional service levels. This is a remote-based role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • ">
  • Delivery of accurate and compliant payrolls for assigned global clients">
  • Co-ordination and delivery of client requirements to ensure statutory compliance and efficient service">
  • Development and maintenance of detailed knowledge and understanding of German statutory processes and legislative deadlines">
  • Managing and resolving client escalations and seeking help and advice where needed">
  • Working closely with the implementation team to take-on new client payrolls in Germany">

**Requirements:**

  • ">
  • Experience of DATEV Software (full training provided)">
  • Competent with German payroll complexities, including different terms and conditions and the compliant treatment of differing wage codes">
  • Compliant with German legislation and periodic statutory requirements">
  • Multilingual with German and Business English">
  • Experience of working with international clients both small and large">
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to gain trust with clients">
  • Highly organized and takes pride in the standard of their work">
  • Intermediate to high Excel skills and ability to effectively manipulate data within an Excel workbook">
