About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a high-performing team in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payrolls. As Associate Director, EMEA Payroll Operations, you will play a pivotal role in building sustained long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring delivery beyond expectations.

You will be responsible for:

  • BUILDING A HIGH-PERFORMANCE TEAM: Lead a diverse team to achieve goals, focusing on excellent client experience.
  • STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP: Drive EMEA Payroll Operations teams, responsible for payrolls processed through our In-Country Partner network.
  • SUCCESSFUL SERVICE DELIVERY: Achieve Service Level Agreements and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • COLLABORATION AND COMMUNICATION: Work with senior management and C-Suite Executives to identify and deliver strategic enhancements.
  • SUPPORT TO SALES AND MARKETING: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data is shared with prospects.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong presentation and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to deliver complex objectives while managing changing circumstances.

This position may require adhoc visits to global sites and offices, as well as client visits worldwide.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of payroll experience in a multi-client, complex global environment, including management and implementation.
  • Experience in managing multiple, simultaneous international client relationships.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, with demonstrable success in building, developing, and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Escalation management and creative problem-solving.
