Data System Specialist

We are seeking a skilled database developer to join our team. As a key member of our informatics team, you will be responsible for building and optimizing Microsoft SQL queries, stored procedures, and other database objects to improve system performance and meet business needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft SQL Server database design and programming, with experience working with data warehouses and importing and cleansing data from different sources. Prior experience working with NextGen or athenaOne EHR systems is beneficial.
You will work closely with our informatics team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions, while maintaining expertise in athenaOne and NextGen database architecture, clinical workflows, and modules. You will also generate routine and ad hoc reports for internal and external customers, and monitor and troubleshoot helpdesk tickets as applicable.
To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for database development, we encourage you to apply.
