The ideal candidate will have experience working with electronic health records, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and ability to speak confidently and articulate thoughts clearly and logically.
Responsibilities include maintaining EHR system resource updates, assisting in business intelligence applications, developing reports and dashboards, and navigating SQL reports to find areas of improvement. Additionally, this role provides provider tier 1 and 2 support, assists in corporate Artificial Intelligence initiatives, and acts as an assigned resource to project teams designing and developing ambulatory applications solutions.
