Job Description

The role of a Market Access Strategist is to drive the development and implementation of market access strategies for products, ensuring their successful launch and growth in the market.

Key responsibilities include evaluating trends in innovative access models, setting direction and guiding the organization around access objectives based on market dynamics, trends, and healthcare system archetypes.

Another critical task is coordinating inputs from different parts of the organization to ensure rapid and broad access, accounting for all needs and driving trade-off decisions that affect access.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong access and HEOR background with Medical Scientific Knowledge.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading teams with broad expertise and maturity.
  • Ability to strategically coordinate cross-functional teams bringing the right expertise when needed to develop integrated strategies and value propositions.

Additional qualifications include developing globally integrated patient access strategies aimed at product differentiation and tailor-made solutions. A deep understanding of relevant market access stakeholders, including payers, governmental bodies, industry associations, professional associations, and other stakeholders, is also essential.
