We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and implementation of patient access strategies at a country or regional level.
About the Role- This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including PM, MA, Medical, Marketing, and Gov. Affairs to create innovative access solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market access stakeholders, knowledge of National HTA evaluations, and experience building trusted relationships with payers.
- Presents high-quality payer submissions and conducts methodologically rigorous HE&OR studies and projects.
- Designs and implements patient brand access programs, managed entry agreements, and outcome-based models.
- Develops clinical and economic data to identify gaps for public and private incorporations and proposes solutions.
- Influences healthcare professionals/payers to accelerate access and leverage outside-in perspectives.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English with experience in the local market.
- Deep expertise in developing and implementing patient access strategies.
- A strong network of relationships with key influencers and decision-makers in the industry.
