O Access Value Manager (AVM) é responsável por implementar e retroalimentar a estratégia de acesso ao nível da conta, que pode ser pagadora, prestadora ou pública. O AVM deve garantir que as contas estejam alinhadas com a proposta de valor da marca, mitigando barreiras de acesso e promovendo projetos de valor.

About the Role

Principais Atividades

  • Mapeamento de Stakeholders: Identificar os stakeholders decisores e influenciadores da área terapêutica; identificar os processos de decisão para a TA.
  • Diagnóstico de Decisão: Avaliar os processos de tomada de decisão e identificar os principais motivadores (custo, aspectos clínicos, protocolos, referenciamento, etc.).
  • Relacionamento com a Conta: Estabelecer uma relação estratégica com a conta considerando as áreas terapêuticas: Oncologia/Hematologia, Neurologia, Cardiologia e Imunologia.
  • Mensagens de Valor: Entregar mensagens alinhadas à proposta de valor da marca, de acordo com o estágio da relação entre a conta e o produto.
  • Mitigar Barreiras de Acesso: Identificar e atuar sobre barreiras que dificultam o acesso aos produtos.
  • Desenvolvimento de Projetos de Valor: Criar e implementar projetos como linhas de cuidado e iniciativas de Value-Based Health Care (VBHC).

Skills Necessários

  • Comunicação: Clareza e eficácia na comunicação com stakeholders internos e externos.
  • Conhecimento em Acesso: Entendimento profundo das dinâmicas de acesso no sistema de saúde, incluindo políticas públicas, modelos de reembolso e estratégias de acesso ao mercado.
  • Análise e Diagnóstico: Capacidade de realizar diagnósticos detalhados e estratégicos.
  • Relacionamento Interpessoal: Habilidade para construir e manter relações sólidas com contas e parceiros.
  • Conhecimento Terapêutico: Familiaridade com as áreas terapêuticas relevantes.
  • Gestão de Projetos: Experiência em desenvolver e implementar projetos de valor.
  • Resolução de Problemas: Capacidade de identificar e mitigar barreiras de acesso.
