OverviewJoin to apply for the Information Technology Manager role at LEDN.Ledn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.We offer a suite of egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries around the world.We are a remote-first, global team that values integrity, progress, empathy, and a strong commitment to security and innovation.The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many hats — supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.This role reports to the Director of IT.You will be a participant in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks.You will work closely with Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholder teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR.You should be a strong communicator, fast learner, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, execution-oriented environment.This role is customer-facing and involves owning the support experience for employees via tools like Slack and Jira.You will manage procurement, onboarding and offboarding of technology, and contribute to the development and documentation of programs, policies and automation to improve efficiency.What You Bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite)Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.Experience with open source tooling (e.g., Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki)SSO integration experience (e.g., Okta) and API-based system integrationsRemote support experience across multiple countries/time zonesStrong written and verbal communication, with ability to explain technical concepts clearlySecurity-minded with basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing/switching) and OSI model troubleshootingSelf-management skills with the ability to scope projects and work across multiple teamsExperience in a remote environment and a builder's mindset to create, iterate and scale IT practicesNice to Have: Some familiarity with AWS, GAM/command-line tooling, and certifications (Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace).Culture & BenefitsWe are looking for a leader who thrives in startup/tech environments and embodies our values: integrity, accountability, progress, and empathy.Ledn offers a comprehensive total rewards package, remote-work options (up to 180 days worldwide, subject to restrictions), and ownership via shared equity.We are an equal opportunity employer and value inclusivity and diversity.You may reach out for accommodation requests throughout the recruitment process.Shortlisted candidates may be asked to submit a short video response, and we may review publicly available social media activity relevant to the role.Role DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Information TechnologyIndustries: RetailNo agencies or recruiters.We do not accept unsolicited agency resumes and are not responsible for fees related to unsolicited resumes.#J-*****-Ljbffr
