Information Technology Manager

Overview Information Technology Manager role at LEDN. The role reports to the Director of IT. What you will do Be customer-facing and the first line of IT support for employees (via Slack, Jira, etc.). Own support experiences and ensure outstanding service; work in a Mac environment; troubleshoot using the terminal and make macOS work in the enterprise. Procure and deliver technology equipment; own onboarding for new employees and device retrieval for departing employees. Design, test, build, and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge bases. Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.). Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management (MDM/EMM/Jamf, etc.). Improve identity and access management (IDP/SSO tools such as GSuite, Okta); integrate APIs and enable cross-system workflows. Document solutions, craft help articles, and automate recurring tasks. Manage, respond to, and resolve critical incidents; prioritize help desk tickets; work on projects over sprints using agile practices (Jira). Set and work toward objectives and key results (OKRs) aligned with team and company goals. What you bring to LEDN 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite). Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.; experience with open-source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.). Experience with SSO integration into Okta and building workflows; strong API skills for cross-system integrations. Remote support across multiple countries/time zones; experience with hardware shipping/receiving and customs. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically. Strong security awareness and understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, OSI model). Self-management ability and strong project scoping across multiple teams. Desirable / Culture fit Familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and CLI-based workflows. Jamf certifications, Okta certifications, Google Workspace certifications. Leadership mindset, adaptability in a startup/tech environment, collaborative, empathetic, and principled in handling confidential information. Experience working in a remote environment.
