The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT. The ideal candidate wears many hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools. A successful candidate will have demonstrated success in similar roles within rapidly growing, security-first environments, and is passionate about automation, scripting, and infrastructure as code. This role will report to the Director of IT. Responsibilities Provide customer-facing IT support as the first line of contact; own support experiences for employees via Slack, Jira, and other tools. Procuring and delivering technology equipment; manage onboarding and offboarding of employees and related tech provisioning. Design, test, build, document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to knowledge base. Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, etc.). Manage Mac endpoints and mobile device management tools; contribute to IDP/SSO improvements (GSuite, Okta, etc.). Own incident response, troubleshooting, and resolution; prioritize help desk tickets and manage projects in sprints using Jira. Develop and align objectives and key results with team and company goals. What You Bring to Ledn 7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite). Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, Python, etc.; familiarity with open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, Munki, etc.). Experience integrating SSO into Okta and building workflows; API integration across systems. Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; hardware/shipping knowledge and customs. Strong communication skills; ability to write clearly and help users who are frustrated or time-poor. Proficiency with networking fundamentals and troubleshooting across OSI layers; methodical problem solving. Self-management with the ability to scope projects and prioritize across multiple teams. Nice to Have Some familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line interfaces to improve efficiency. Jamf, Okta, and Google Workspace certifications.
