OverviewJoin to apply for the Information Technology Manager role at LEDN.Ledn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.We offer a suite of egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries around the world.Through our products & services, we can make a difference in the lives and futures of our clients - in real terms.Our team at Ledn is a passionate group of individuals from diverse backgrounds.What we all have in common is an unshakeable conviction that digital assets can democratize access to the global economy and Ledn's suite of products & services can play a critical role in doing so.The core values that guide us are: act with integrity always, own it, have a passion for progress, and lead with empathy.Combining these values with our conviction make Ledn an unstoppable force in changing the world for the better.Come join us as we build, innovate and revolutionize financial servicesResponsibilitiesJoin the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT and be customer-facing, owning support for employees via Slack, Jira, etc.Support end users, manage endpoints, automate identity and access management, and administer cloud-based IT systems and tools.Design, implement and manage a growing cloud-first corporate infrastructure and networks; adapt to an evolving corporate environment.Collaborate with Cybersecurity/IT peers and stakeholder teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, HR) and communicate effectively across the organization.Procuring and delivering technology equipment; oversee onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees.Develop and document programs, policies, and tools; contribute improvements to knowledge base.Manage SaaS applications including Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.; manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM).Own improvements to IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.) and write helpful tickets, articles and automated workflows.Handle incidents and issues to resolution; prioritize help desk tickets and work on projects over sprints using agile methods (Jira).Set and pursue own objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals.What You Bring To Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite.Ability to create automations using Bash, Zsh, Python, etc.Experience with open source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.).Ability to integrate SSO into Okta and create workflows in Okta; experience with APIs and system integrations.Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; familiarity with hardware shipping/receiving and customs.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey ideas clearly and empathetically.Security-minded approach and knowledge of PGP; understanding of networking fundamentals and OSI troubleshooting.Self-management, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize across multiple teams; comfortable working in ambiguity.Nice To HavesSome familiarity with AWS.Experience with GAM and command-line interfaces to streamline tasks.Certifications in Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace.Culture & BenefitsWe value adaptability, resilience, and a builder's mindset to create, iterate, and scale IT practices.Remote-friendly environment; opportunities for global collaboration and growth; equity ownership and a comprehensive rewards package.Equal opportunity employer; accommodations available during recruitment; limited agency involvement.Additional InformationEqual opportunity employment; Ledn is remote-first and operates globally.We may ask shortlisted candidates to submit a short video and review publicly available social media activity relevant to the role.No agencies or recruiters please.We do not accept unsolicited agency resumes and are not responsible for related fees.#J-*****-Ljbffr
