We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Quality Assurance Analyst.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience in test automation, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Achieve expert status in QA practices and tools.
- Work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Participate actively in agile team discussions and ceremonies.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define test requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure broad test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Propose innovative solutions to daily challenges and contribute to process improvements.
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance and test automation.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
- Excellent communication skills in English - advanced to fluent level.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and multicultural environment.
