We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Optimization Specialist to join our team. This key role will play a crucial part in enhancing inventory management and availability for strategic sellers. Your focus will be on operational efficiency, reducing stockouts, and maintaining optimal inventory metrics.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective inventory forecast planning, replenishment execution, and operational improvements as a key point of contact for inventory management. You will identify opportunities to simplify and automate tasks and implement controls to ensure inventory systems meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize selection performance.
- Supply Chain Analysis: Analyze supply chain operations and identify root causes of operational challenges.
- Problem Resolution: Develop and execute joint action plans with partners to resolve inventory issues and conduct regular progress reviews with strategic sellers.
- Collaboration: Cooperate and build trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Performance Improvement: Lead regular business reviews to track progress, implement solutions, and drive long-term performance enhancements.
- Process Improvement: Organize and manage continuous improvement projects with sellers to enhance operational efficiency.
