About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in the mining and steel industries. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within EPC accounts, primarily supporting mining clients

  • Maintain close relationships with clients and spend approximately 70% of your time in face-to-face meetings

  • Work towards defined goals and results, focusing on demand generation and pipeline expansion

  • Manage the full opportunity ecosystem, involving business units and market access channels to maximize commercial impact

  • Align internally and with business partners to define the best strategy for each opportunity, in a collaborative and results-driven manner

The Essentials

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (automation, electrical, or related disciplines)

  • Proven experience serving mining companies (steel industry experience is a plus)

  • Familiarity with EPC accounts and a solid understanding of the industrial project lifecycle

  • Strong technical background, with the ability to communicate technical concepts and present automation and electrical solutions

  • Commercial mindset with experience in consultative sales and demand generation

  • Availability to work on-site with clients, primarily in Belo Horizonte and surrounding areas

  • Ability to work independently, with a strong focus on results and customer relationships
