Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Delivery Manager to lead the execution of mining product orders, driving performance and operational excellence.

This role involves managing cross-functional teams, mitigating project risks, ensuring financial and contractual compliance, and collaborating with supply chain, engineering, and service teams.

The successful candidate will establish streamlined processes, ensure projects are delivered safely on time, on budget, and to scope, and oversee the transition of completed projects to the Services business line.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related technical field
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in project execution within mining, heavy industry, or large-scale equipment supply
  1. Proven experience in the end-to-end manufacturing process of vibrating screens
  2. Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex portfolios
  3. Strong financial acumen, with experience in project cost control and budgeting
  4. Excellent knowledge of contract terms, risk analysis, and change management
  5. Working knowledge of ERP and project systems (SAP, Intelex, MS Project or similar)
  6. Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
