  • Track project progress, ensuring timely completion and optimal outcomes.
Marketing Project Management:
  • Manage social media content projects using internal tools.
  • Coordinate graphic creation projects with the design team, obtaining approval and scheduling content publication.
  • Oversee sales follow-up projects, meeting research coordination, and email campaign management.
  • Support client relationship projects and lead nurturing initiatives.
Process Optimization Projects:
  • Identify and manage process improvement initiatives when capacity allows.
  • Coordinate administrative projects to maintain smooth operations.
  • Research and manage optimization opportunities and workflow improvements.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles.
  • Proficiency in required tools: ClickUp, HubSpot, Fireflies.ai, Slack, Google Meet.
  • Strong project management and team coordination skills.
  • Experience managing marketing and sales projects.
  • A self-starter mindset, identifying and initiating valuable projects when capacity allows.
  • Proactive coordination, anticipating project needs rather than waiting to be told.
  • Systems-oriented, creating project workflows that ensure nothing is missed.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong track record of project delivery excellence.
  • An ability to work independently, with minimal oversight.
