We're seeking a skilled Revenue Operations Specialist to play a pivotal role in supporting our business growth. As a key member of our operations team, you'll contribute significantly to the success of our revenue operations function.
Responsibilities:- Continuous reconciliation of actuals and forecast data to ensure accuracy and alignment with contracts.
- Implementation of strategic advancements in sales processes and key contribution towards system design and optimization for scalable improvements.
- Ownership of quarterly processing for sales bonuses, ensuring data accuracy and completion in a timely manner.
- Facilitation of operational meetings with the customer success team.
- Implementation of change management best practices in all projects.
- Collaboration in the preparation and presentation of QBRs and monthly analysis for key leadership stakeholders.
- Fluent English skills.
- Experience with serving and supporting internal customers with excellence.
- Excellent communication skills.
- General experience with continuous process improvement practices and concepts.
