Immersive Game Art Director Role

This is a pivotal leadership position where you will spearhead the creation of visually stunning characters and environments for our games.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of world-class artists who push boundaries in innovation and artistry.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement creative vision, balancing artistic expression with project goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive art initiatives forward.
  • Direct and mentor a global team of artists, providing constructive feedback across all disciplines.
  • Craft unique character designs within tight production timelines.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • A seasoned Art Director with a strong background in character design and 2D/3D processes in game development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Unreal Engine and its applications.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide a large team towards a shared vision.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • A deep understanding of art fundamentals, multiple styles, anatomy, appeal, color theory, and emotional impact.
  • Prior experience designing characters of broad appeal and adapting to new techniques.
