Technical Project Coordinator

We're seeking an experienced Technical Project Coordinator to manage construction projects from start to finish. This role involves ensuring all designs are executed as per specifications and resolving any design conflicts that may arise.

In this position, you'll be responsible for reviewing tender documents, 2D drawings, BIM models, and asset data in accordance with ISO 19650. You'll also identify and resolve conflicting design elements through RFIs, CVIs, and workshops.

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.

You should be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks/Revizto, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat. Strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of design review processes are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project documentation, including project execution plans and QA/QC plans.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary data and proactively mitigate potential constraints.
  • Prepare and manage RFIs/CVIs ensuring clarity and timely responses.
  • Liaise with planning teams to update working programmes and address technical queries from site.
  • Support temporary works design including tower cranes, hoists, and formwork systems.
