We are seeking a highly skilled Mountain Dispatch Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our guests.
Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the central communications and dispatch hub for the ski area. This will involve monitoring radio and phone systems, responding to requests, and executing action plans that follow established procedures.
You will also be responsible for gathering and documenting information related to snow conditions, weather forecasts, and lift operations. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of weather/snow observations, grooming reports, and terrain park logs.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. You must be able to work effectively in a team setting and adapt to changing situations quickly.
