Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Winter Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our winter facilities.

About the Job:

This is a dynamic and fast-paced position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with our ski patrol and operations teams to ensure that all aspects of our winter operations run smoothly.

You will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring weather and snow conditions
  • Documenting snowfall and weather observations
  • Providing critical information to ski patrol and operations teams
  • Assisting with dispatch duties as needed

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
