Work as a dynamic and people-focused Office Administrator to support our fast-paced workplace. You'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations, focusing on travel coordination, property lease support, and frontline communications.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Travel Coordination: Efficiently manage business travel, including booking flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Property Lease Support: Assist in sourcing residential leases, liaise with real estate agents, arrange property viewings, and manage documentation.
- Frontline Communications: Act as the first point of contact for general internal and external enquiries, ensuring a friendly response.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies, manage relationships with vendors, and maintain systems for smooth operations.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, working closely with the housekeeping team.
- Scheduling & Calendars: Support meeting coordination, calendar management, and event scheduling.
- Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, filing, and administrative document preparation and management.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records, upholding strict confidentiality standards.
- Team Support: Provide reliable day-to-day administrative support to senior leadership and across departments.
