Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and communicative individual to join our team as a Risk Analyst. As a key member of our Underwriting Rural Insurance Products department, you will play a critical role in analyzing and accepting risks, drawing up business plans, and identifying product opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Contribute to risk analysis for machinery, equipment, and rural buildings, ensuring the right cover for clients' needs and the insurer's appetite.
  2. Carry out statistical studies on portfolio performance to inform business decisions.
  3. Analyze claims behavior and portfolio production, presenting proposals for improvements and solutions.
  4. Support the analysis of rural risks, property, machinery, and installations.
  5. Assist with field inspection reports and interact with the claims department.
  6. Test products, systems, and operational activities related to the area.
Requirements:
  • Cursing the 3rd or 4th year of college - Actuarial Sciences
  • Analytical profile with good communication skills
  • Advanced Office Suite
  • Mobility for the city of São Paulo
  • Initiative and organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
