Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to provide top-notch support to our customers. As a Technical Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting complex issues, providing expert advice, and collaborating with our development teams to resolve customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to MongoDB and its ecosystem
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on best practices for using MongoDB
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve customer issues and improve product functionality
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support to customers
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role
  • Strong understanding of MongoDB and its ecosystem
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud-based services and infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Experience with automation tools and scripting languages
