About the Role

The Retail team is seeking a Sr. Pricing Program Manager to lead pricing strategy and operations for Brazil. This role will be responsible for defining, building, and delivering pricing strategies for all retail categories in BR, ensuring that we maintain long-term customer trust by offering the best prices to customers across millions of products.

The Sr. Pricing PM will oversee all pricing operations for the country, developing scalable solutions, reporting metrics to business teams and BR leadership, and driving initiatives to completion and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business teams to ensure pricing strategy alignment with their goals
  • Evaluate the retail landscape, adjust pricing strategy, and generate insights for business teams to offer competitive prices
  • Work with multiple teams across Amazon, including Pricing Operations, Business Intelligence, Vendor Managers, Category Leaders, Payments, and Finance
  • Audit pricing initiatives to ensure competitiveness
  • Develop and report on key pricing efforts and metrics
  • Drive and launch initiatives to completion and success, partnering effectively with supporting teams
  • Understand BR-specific requirements and educate WW teams on those
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  • Relevant years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • Experience with program or project management experience
  • Managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget, and quality
