Job Title: Senior Proposal Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Proposal Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing proposals, negotiating with customers, and driving competitive pricing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive proposals that meet customer needs and deliver shareholder value
  • Negotiate with customers to secure deals and drive business growth
  • Ensure compliance with contract commitments and manage commercial risk
  • Lead the development of business plans for specific products or product lines
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Experience in proposals, sourcing, finance, project management, application engineering, and/or accounting
  • Knowledge of Subsea Production Systems (SPS)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese (fluent/native)
