Key Responsibilities:
- Develop improvements to the mechanical design of dry-type transformers.
- Design experiments to validate new solutions and drive innovation.
- Supervise the manufacturing and testing of prototypes to ensure high-quality results.
- Lead R&D projects focused on cost, timeline, and performance, utilizing your expertise to achieve outstanding outcomes.
- Document results and define design rules to maintain consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with fellow R&D colleagues on various projects, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success.
- Provide technical support to factories and customers, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of technical issues.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Master tools such as Creo and SolidWorks, with hands-on experience in mechanical prototyping.
- Apply knowledge in flow, fluid circulation, and thermodynamics to drive innovative solutions.
- Demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and innovative thinking in your work.
- Communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written, to effectively collaborate with global teams.
