Recruiters play a crucial role in shaping the future of organisations by identifying, attracting and selecting top talent. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective hiring processes that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement scorecards, interviews, and analytics for each process to ensure client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular communication.
- Ensure the longevity of projects by delivering tailored solutions for clients.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (C1 level or higher).
- Fluency in Greek is essential.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in a fast-growing environment.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive results.
- Previous recruitment experience and a passion for leading processes are required.
