Operational Coordinator Role

We are seeking a seasoned Operational Coordinator to ensure the seamless execution of our operations. This key role involves coordinating teams, implementing standard procedures, and maintaining equipment to guarantee security and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs for security personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Create and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for routine and emergency situations to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Perform regular patrols and inspections of surveillance areas to identify potential security threats.
  • Respond promptly to incidents such as thefts, invasions, or emergencies to minimize damage and disruption.
  • Conduct thorough internal investigations when necessary to uncover the root cause of incidents.
  • Prepare detailed daily, weekly, or monthly reports outlining team activities and achievements.
  • Produce risk analysis reports to identify areas requiring increased security measures and implement strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Nurture strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Ensure all security equipment is in proper working condition to maintain high levels of security and operational efficiency.
Operational Efficiency:
  • Organize and manage resources such as work schedules, uniforms, communication materials, and transportation to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
