Job Summary

Kokku is seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Partner to act as the primary HR liaison for key areas within the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills and the ability to drive data-driven decision-making, continuous development, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic support to leadership, requiring a deep understanding of the business and supported areas.
  • Support team structuring and role redefinition in line with organizational needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive HR data analysis (turnover, eNPS, time-to-hire, etc.) to inform decision-making.

Key Areas of Focus:

Attraction & Onboarding
  • Develop targeted recruitment strategies aligned with each team's technical and behavioral needs.
  • Coordinate selection processes emphasizing diversity, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Implement a structured onboarding process focusing on the first 90 days.
Development & Culture
  • Identify and implement training initiatives (technical and behavioral).
  • Support leadership, DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), and engagement programs.
  • Conduct regular pulse checks, stay interviews, and support the performance cycle.
Retention & Offboarding
  • Analyze retention patterns by team and profile, informing proactive planning.
  • Ensure seamless offboarding processes, including feedback and analysis to feed back into the talent strategy.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Solid experience in recruitment, development, and performance management.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with HR metrics and KPIs.
  • Hands-on and strategic profile with a strong results orientation.
  • Clear, empathetic, and influential communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
