You'll be part of this journey as a Senior Business Processes Analyst - (Jundiaí). Your responsibilities will include:

  • MAPPING BUSINESS PROCESSES (AS IS AND TO BE) FOR VARIOUS CLIENT INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PROCESSES;
  • LEADING LEAN SIX SIGMA PROJECTS TO OPTIMIZE CLIENT PROCESSES WHILE SEEKING SAVINGS FOR THE BUSINESS;
  • SERVING AS A CONSULTANT FOR CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT AND DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION WITHIN THE COMPANY;
  • CREATING DATA ANALYSIS AND STATISTICS FOR CLIENT PROBLEM-SOLVING;
  • CREATING DATA ANALYTICS SOLUTIONS WITH ALteryx, POWER BI, KNIME, SQL, AND PYTHON;
  • FOSTERING DIGITALIZATION WITHIN THE COMPANY BY SEEKING DIGITAL SOLUTIONS TO CONTRIBUTE TO PROBLEM- SOLVING/PROJECTS;
  • CONDUCTING ENGLISH MEETINGS WITH OTHER SIEMENS UNITS;

For this position, we're looking for candidates with:

  • ADVANCED KNOWLEDGE OF LEAN MANUFACTURING;
  • KNOWLEDGE OF PROCESS MAPPING TOOL (VSM, BPMN);
  • DATA ANALYTICS TOOL KNOWLEDGE (ALteryx, SQL, POWERBI, PYTHON);
  • DESIRED CERTIFICATION IN GREEN/BLOCK BELT FOR LEAN SIX SIGMA;
  • ADVANCED PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE SKILLS;

Working location: JUNDIAÍ - SP. Work model: CLT model, hybrid model (home office some days).
